Winter, Is That You?

TWIN CITIES, MINNESOTA - We continue to monitor the latest model guidance on the potential for accumulating snow Wednesday evening into early Thursday morning. It appears the greatest chances for at least a couple of inches of snow will fall across southern Minnesota.

While there could be some slight changes in the timing over the next couple of days, snow will work into the Twin Cities region around and after 5-6 pm on Wednesday and looks to exit the area by around 3-4 AM on Thursday. This could lead to some minor impacts on your morning commute on Thursday.

Again, the bulk of this snow should fall across southern Minnesota, but there is a chance that parts of the Twin Cities Metro could see 0.5-1.5" of snow, with the higher amounts likely across the southern Twin Cities.
