According to the City of West St Paul, if your home is along the parade route, you can wave to Santa from the yard or through your windows! If you are not along the route though, they suggest heading over to the Harmon Park parking lot where you can view the parade from parking stalls along Bernard St for the best view of the parade and wave from the side of the road or from your car!

Viewing locations if you don't live along the route!

Harmon Park is located at 230 Bernard St W, West St Paul, MN 55118. Harmon Park would be along Route #1, so you will want to be at the park around 5:30 PM!

A secondary location you could catch the parade would be at the St. Croix Lutheran Academy parking lot at 1200 Oakdale Ave, West St Paul, MN 55118. The parking spaces along Oakdale Ave would be where you would want to park to be able to see the parade from your vehicle. A map is below!

This location would be along Route #3, so you would want to be there by around 6:20 PM!
